Dave , Biloxi,MS posted under problems: 2002 Volvo S40 hard starting fault. Went to Volvo and they replaced the fuel pump, which did not correct the fault. I replaced the Fuel Pressure Regulator, which correct the fault. The fuel measure pressure was 35 psi after installing the new one.Posted 104 days ago
